- What do I need to rent a car?
- A valid driver's licence, a payment card in your name, and to meet the minimum age for the car you choose — it's shown on every car's page.
- Can I change or cancel my booking?
- Use the link in your confirmation email, or Manage booking on this site, to see your trip and make changes. Our cancellation policy explains any fees.
- Is there a security deposit?
- Some cars need a refundable deposit. If yours does, you'll see the amount before you pay.
- Where do I pick up the car?
- At the pickup location you choose when you book. The exact address and instructions come with your confirmation.
