What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's licence, a payment card in your name, and to meet the minimum age for the car you choose — it's shown on every car's page.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or Manage booking on this site, to see your trip and make changes. Our cancellation policy explains any fees.
Is there a security deposit?
Some cars need a refundable deposit. If yours does, you'll see the amount before you pay.
Where do I pick up the car?
At the pickup location you choose when you book. The exact address and instructions come with your confirmation.
