Rental terms

Who can drive

• Drivers must be 21 or older, and 25 or older for our luxury SUVs and the Porsche.

• A valid driver's licence held for at least one year, and a payment card in the renter's name.

• Everyone who drives must be listed on the agreement. Additional drivers are $15 a day.

Pickup and return

• Pickup and return are at 10:00 unless we've agreed another time.

• Returns more than 59 minutes late are charged as an extra day.

• Bring the car back with the same fuel or charge level, or choose prepaid fuel when you book.

Mileage, tolls and tickets

• 200 miles a day are included (150 on luxury cars); extra miles are $0.45 ($0.75 on luxury cars).

• Every car has a SunPass. Tolls are billed at cost after the trip, with no admin fee.

• Parking and traffic tickets during your trip are your responsibility, plus a $25 processing fee.

Looking after the car

• No smoking or vaping. A $250 cleaning fee applies if the car smells of smoke.

• Pets are welcome in cars marked pet friendly — please use a seat cover.

• No off-roading, racing or towing, and the car may not leave Florida without our written OK.

Damage and protection

You're responsible for damage during your trip up to the car's value, unless you add one of our protection plans or your own insurance covers rental cars. We document the car with photos at pickup and return, and you'll get a copy.

Deposit

We place a refundable hold of $250 ($750 on luxury SUVs) on your card at pickup and release it within three business days of return.
