1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

3. Bookings

  • Vehicle images are for illustration only. We may provide a similar vehicle of the same or a higher category.

4. Payment and Security Deposit

6. Pickup and Return

7. Fuel and Mileage

  • Fuel policy: [Full-to-full]. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you pay for the missing fuel plus a refuelling fee of [amount].

8. Use of the Vehicle

Only the main driver and approved additional drivers may drive the vehicle. You must not:

  • Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or anything that impairs you

  • Use the vehicle for racing, towing, off-road driving, or driving lessons

  • Carry passengers or goods for payment (for example, ride-hailing) without our written approval

  • Smoke or vape in the vehicle, or carry pets without approval

  • Take the vehicle outside [country/region] without our written approval

  • Sublet the vehicle or use it for any illegal purpose

  • Carry more passengers or cargo than the vehicle is designed for

9. Insurance and Liability

  • Coverage does not apply if the damage comes from breaking these Terms, negligence, or prohibited use.

10. Accidents, Damage, and Breakdowns
